1973-1991 Chevrolet/GMC Square Body Coilover Conversion Kit - Bolt/Weld On

Ditch the old rickety suspension and bring your square body to modern times!

For 1973-1991 Chevrolet and GMC Square Body Trucks and Suburbans. Designed and made in the heart of Texas by Highline 4x4.

This coilover kit is specifically designed for adding a 2005+ Ford Super Duty front Dana 60 axle to your square body. They're strong, affordable, readily available and are easy to get parts for.  Offered separately from our Coilover Kits, we offer complete rebuilt axles and  Highline Pro and Highline Pro HD Series axles. This Coilover Conversion Kit Includes:

• Two coilover towers (Bolt on).
  
• One coilover tower support cross bar assembly (round DOM tube).
• Two extended length custom radius arms (longer than factory length). Includes two 1.25" Currie Johnny Joints with jam nuts.
• Two radius arm to frame mounts (Bolt on).
• One track bar (panhard bar). Includes two 7/8" Johnny Joints with jam nuts.
• Track bar axle mount (weld-on). Raises track bar for a more level, balanced position.
• Track bar frame-side mount. (Pre-welded to driver's side coilover tower. See pictures)
• Lower coilover axle mount. (Bolt and weld-on required)
• Grade 8 hardware for bolting coilover towers, tower support cross bar and radius arm mounts.

Note: Coilover shocks and springs are sold separately. We offer FOX, King, Radflo and many other top brands. We also sell complete Ford Super Duty axles.
