For 1973-1991 Chevrolet and GMC Square Body Trucks, Blazers and Suburbans. Will work on a 2 or 4 wheel drive frame! Designed and made in the heart of Texas by Highline 4x4.
This coilover kit is specifically designed for adding a 2005+ Ford Super Duty front Dana 60 axle to your square body. They're strong, affordable, readily available and are easy to get parts for. Offered separately from our Coilover Kits, we offer complete rebuilt axles and Highline Pro and Highline Pro HD Series axles. Check out our other listings for more information.
If desiring to use another front axle besides an 05+ Super Duty Dana 60, we offer brackets for welding to the tubes to mount to the radius arms. Select that option at checkout. We will contact you for the tube diameter after checkout to make sure you get the right size.
This Coilover Conversion Kit Includes:
- Two coilover towers (Weld on).
- One coilover tower support cross bar assembly (round DOM tube).
- Two extended length custom radius arms (longer than factory length). Includes two 1.25" Currie Johnny Joints with jam nuts.
- Two radius arm to frame mounts (Weld on).
- One track bar (panhard bar). Includes two 7/8" Johnny Joints with jam nuts.
- Track bar axle mount (Weld on). Raises track bar for a more level, balanced position.
- Track bar frame-side mount. (Weld on)
- Lower coilover axle mount. (Bolt and weld-on required)
- Grade 8, 1/2" hardware for bolting cross bar assembly to top of towers.
We install these coilover conversion kits at our Texas location if you'd prefer us to complete the install. Please reach out to us for a quote for the installation cost, which is not included in the price of the kit.
Note: If desiring coilover shocks and springs, you can do so VIA the drop down options. All of the coilovers listed are confirmed to work with our kits. Some coilovers are made-to-order and may take multiple weeks to arrive. If needing an estimate on shipping times, please reach out to us prior to placing your order.
